Application Guidelines (DIY Kits)
For optimal performance, please adhere to these critical application parameters:
- Mixing Ratio: 3:1 (24 oz. Base to 8 oz. Hardener). Shake vigorously for 3-5 minutes.
- Pot Life (Working Time): 30 Minutes.
(Note: Material must be applied within 30 minutes of mixing.) - Tack-Free Time: 30 Minutes (Touch).
- Cure Time: 24 Hours (Full Cure).
- Surface Prep: Surface must be clean, dry, degreased, and scuffed (80-120 grit).
- Recommended Spray PSI: 50 PSI (Adjust as needed).
- Application Method: Spray gun, roller, or brush.
