• Scuff Sand: Lightly sand the entire surface with 80-120 grit sandpaper or scuff brush to create a profile for the coating to grip.
• Wipe Down: After sanding/scuffing, wipe the surface with acetone or Xylene to remove any remaining dust or contaminants.
• Masking: Carefully mask off all areas you do not wish to coat, using higher-quality automotive or painters masking tape.
• Overspray: If spraying, protect nearby surfaces (cab, wheels, garage items) from overspray using plastic sheeting.

• Full Cure: Maximum hardness and chemical resistance is achieved after 5-7 days. Avoid heavy hauling or car washes during this week.
• Cleanup: Clean your spray gun and tools immediately after use with Acetone or Xylene. Once cured, the liner is permanent!
• Disposal: Mixed material may be discarded after 1 hour of open exposure to air (it will be solid).
