How to Request a Return
All returns require prior authorization from Flak Jacket PRO. To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- For Orders Placed on FlakJacketPRO.com:
- Sign In: Log into your account on our website.
- Submit a Question: Navigate to your order history and submit a question regarding the specific order you wish to return.
- Call Us: Alternatively, you may call our customer service team at +1-800-625-9577 to request a Return Authorization (RA).
- For Orders Placed on Amazon.com, eBay.com, or Walmart.com:
- You must initiate the return request directly through the platform where the original order was placed (Amazon, eBay, or Walmart). Their respective return policies will apply.
- For Orders Placed Through a Distributor or Third Party:
- All return requests must be submitted directly to the distributor or third party from whom you originally purchased the product, unless the original order was placed directly on FlakJacketPRO.com or via telephone with our sales team.
All return authorization requests require an original order number or Purchase Order (P.O.) number.
Return Conditions & Requirements
- Time Limit: All return requests must be initiated within 30 days from the original order placed date. Returns requested beyond this 30-day period will not be accepted.
- Product Condition: Returned products must be in their original, unopened, unmixed, and unused condition. We cannot accept returns for products that have been opened, partially used, or mixed.
- No Partial Returns: We do not offer partial refunds or "half returns" for unused components of a kit or partial quantities of a product. Entire kits or product units must be returned complete.
- Original Packaging: We kindly request that products be shipped back in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.
- Authorization Required: We will provide formal approval for your return once the return shipment is received and inspected by our team to confirm it meets all stated conditions.
Shipping Returns & Refunds
- Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for all costs associated with return shipping.
- Original Shipping Costs: If shipping costs were applied to your original order, these are non-refundable.
- Refund Processing: Once your return is received, inspected, and approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment, typically within 5-7 business days. You will be notified via email once your refund has been issued.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged product or an incorrect item, please contact us immediately upon receipt at +1-800-625-9577 or via our Reach Us Page. We will work quickly to resolve the issue at no additional cost to you. Please retain all original packaging and documentation.
